Lon, Susan and I hiked 5 miles (round trip) to the glacier gully cut by the Weisse Lutschine. It was awesome

to see the steep walls eroded by the glacier runoff over the years and also see the tunneling and ramps

that were constructed to view this site. After we got back to town and had lunch, Lon and I took a short jaunt

up trails that parralled the First Tram. That added approx. 3 more miles and 700 feet gain (total of ~1,000).
