Boy Scout Ridge snowshoe
MT. HOOD, OREGON - January 9, 2013
Twelve of us went out on a rainy day in town and found snowy conditions at White River
on Mt. Hood. Although crusty and compacted at the sno-park, we found powdery snow
depth on the ridge that was up to our knees. We were out for almost 3 hours and travelled
3.4 miles with 480 feet gain/loss. It snowed about an inch and a half while we were out.
